Introducing Queen Nimat Siaka/Queen Nimat Global Initiatives

Kogi born Queen Nimat Siaka is a distinguished graduate of Sociology from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State. Towards the end of her national youth service assignment in October 2015, she was crowned Miss Curvy Nigeria Tourism.

As Miss Curvy Nigeria tourism, Nimat has been a dedicated volunteer and philanthropist, who have generously given her time, expertise, and resources to make a difference in the lives of individuals and the quality of life in her community.

In November 2015 she visited the orphanage home in Akure, Ondo state. She is well known and highly regarded not only for her responsiveness, keen interest in social work, but also for her pleasant, kind, and calm demeanor. Nimat helps everyone with whom she met perform better. In January 2016, she took part in a United Nations-Niger State Government sponsored project tagged "SAWAH Eco-System of Mechanized Farming".

To promote, preserve culture and tradition in Nigeria, Queen Nimat in that same January paid courtesy visit the new Ooni of Ife at his palace in Ife, Osun State. Queen Nimat had also served as a tourist guide to some international tourists in Ondo State Nigeria for tourism. Tireless advocate of children and women’s cause, Queen Nimat Siaka is engaged in women and youth empowerment projects- encouraging women in rural areas to be engaged in mechanized farming; providing village children with gift items such as slippers, drugs and toiletries. As a social researcher she found out that drug abuse had taken roots in the fabrics of our society especially among Nigerian youths.

In commemoration of the 2016 International Youth Day, Queen Nimat Global Initiatives organized sensitization/seminar programme tagged "Kick against Drug Abuse" at Lokoja, Kogi State capital city on Wednesday 17th of August, 2016. The programme is aimed at deterring youths from drug abuse/use and to assist all those individuals affected by substance use issues, problems, and concerns by fostering progress, enriching lives and ultimately enhancing the recovery process. Queen Nimat Global Initiatives is set to do more on youth, children and women development.

To this effect the convener, Miss Nimat Siaka, had visited the Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to the President, Mr Femi Adesina at the Presidential Villa intimating him on the goals and objectives of the Initiative and on how the Federal government can encourage youth participation in governance.
